Is this really hand-painted?
Yes. Every portrait is painted by hand with oils on canvas by a trained artist. We never use AI filters and we never sell prints. You will receive progress photos so you can watch it take shape.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level. Daylight near a window is ideal. If you are unsure, upload a few and we will tell you which one will paint best.
How long does it take?
Standard production is about 7 days of painting plus shipping. Express production brings the painting time down to 3 days. Oil needs time to dry properly, which is why we do not go faster than that.
Can I ask for changes?
Absolutely. We send you a photo of the painting before it ships, and minor revisions are unlimited and free until you are happy with the likeness.
